The resource also includes a CD-Rom. It features a series of printable exercises which can be distributed to the children during the sessions. The exercises are outlined in the 64 page Guide which refer teachers and users to the relevant area of the CD-Rom.

The CD also contains an electronic copy of the printed Guide that accompanies the resource. Teachers and users can print out the relevant pages of the Guide for the session they are delivering.
