Method of delivery

All packages are delivered by First Class recorded delivery.  The delivery price within the UK is £2.50

When can I expect my resource(s) to arrive?

Resource(s) should be delivered within 7 - 10 days from receipt of your order, subject to stock availability and Royal Mail delivery services.

Lost packages

Please allow up to 10 days for your resource(s) to arrive.  If your resource has not arrived within 10 days please contact Blue Orchid Media Limited.  We use Royal Mail track & trace to track all deliveries.  If the package has been lost we will forward a replacement resource to you.

Faulty products

In the unlikely event that any of the supplied discs are faulty please contact Blue Orchid Media Limited to inform us of the problem you are experiencing.  If we cannot rectify the problem you will be asked to return the complete resource including booklet to us for a replacement resource by return*
